Your First Visit

At Floss 365 Dental in Kennesaw, GA, we want patients to have a great experience every time, starting with the first visit.

Please arrive 15 minutes early and expect to spend about 90 minutes with us. You may receive a professional dental cleaning, or it may be scheduled for another time. You will have a comprehensive oral exam and digital x-rays to help Dr. Wadley assess your dental health. Your dentist in 30144 will look for signs of:

• Tooth decay or cavities
• Gingivitis or periodontitis
• Bone loss
• Oral cancer
• Other health concerns such as diabetes

You can shorten your visit time by preparing ahead and bringing the following information to your appointment:

• Completed health history forms
• Driver’s license or another legal photo ID
• Dental insurance card

New Patient Form

To provide you with the best treatment possible, we need some new patient information to start the process right. The necessary forms can be downloaded from our website and completed prior to your first visit. If you can’t fill out them out ahead of time, please arrive 10-15 minutes early. It may take about 30 minutes to properly complete new patient forms in-office.

Your Individualized Treatment Plan

Your Kennesaw dentist will devise a customized plan based on your initial oral exam and medical history. The suggested treatment approach will determine the type of teeth cleaning needed, how often and any additional concerns. Specific dental care products to use at home may also be recommended.
